I started at VICE in 2013 as a freelance journalist. Soon after I was given the opportunity to write a regular column, entitled "Our Man in San Fran", covering Bay Area news, culture, and its many crisies.

I also gained a bit of notoriety as the "try anything once guy", which led to a weeklong all-alcohol diet, smoking coffee grounds, and eating fancy dog food.

I did some serious journalist too, including an amazing peek into Michael Jackson's abandoned Neverland Ranch and a series of mental health/psychology interviews from films, to tattoos, and torture.
